ok read the stuff on the website by dont understand is the hub3 node 21:3/100 and do i put my password in for TIC and Blinkp ?
Yes, your hub is 21:3/100.
The TIC password is used when receiving files from the hub.
The "Blinkp" ? I think you mean BINKP (or "Session" as it is display in the clrghouz web ui) is required to receive mail/files from the hub.
